GMRA is an independent research boutique. We help subscribers identify companies and businesses where disconnects exist between market perceptions and underlying fundamentals. In many cases, these misperceptions, internal struggles or opportunities may not be obvious. We provide critical analysis that institutional investors, investment banks, insurance providers and others, including accounting firms, can’t afford not to have.
Think of GMRA as outsourced yet independent research analysts. We begin our research with our time-tested proprietary fundamental models. We then follow through with straight-forward reporting and analysis of behavior, patterns and business models as we hunt for companies whose stocks may be vulnerable because of accounting, operational or other issues or, conversely, appear to be overlooked, misinterpreted or misunderstood. Tapping our years of experience and judgment, we try to home in on the story and the nuance that often gets lost in standard research.
GMRA does not, however, rate individual stocks with buy, sell or hold recommendations nor do we offer advice on how to trade such positions.
